It has to be said that sharing isn't something that comes naturally to everyone! To be able to share though, to get a sense of satisfaction from it and to follow that generosity through with motivation and energy is incredibly valuable. Sharing is something that not only comes naturally to Nina Butler but she's made a name for herself for doing just that, here's what she says;
1. What talent do you naturally have that makes you successful?
I have never been afraid to share, I like explaining things, I love the 'why', as well as the 'how to.' I believe having choices is so important, so knowing why is just as important as the how.
2. When did you first realise that talent was going to help you and how do you use it?
As a manager in social services for 10yrs I realised a motivated/effective staff team comes from an attitude of excellence. I lead from the front and delegated, I taught people to do their jobs excellently, then I taught them how to do my job or the next step up.
Now I train and inspire by sharing my skills and personal experience when recruiting others to run their own Pampered Chef businesses. It's like a sharing replication process while understanding and respecting everyone's differences.
