A mind set to be reckoned with

I strong mind set is talked about as one of the very best things anyone in business can have. Well, my next pink expert knows all about a strong mind set, I've had the pleasure of meeting Kim Rix on several occasions and she just shines out as someone who could succeed at anything she put her mind to, including the wedding's she organised. What talent do you naturally have that makes you successful?

I’m constantly told that one day I’ll be successful because of my tenacity, insistence, persistence and stubbornness! I’m not sure why I’m so driven, I just am. I think it’s a mind-set; my independence combined with a strong belief in myself. I’m ambitious and passionate about my business and I want to be successful at it. Fingers crossed - here’s hoping that one day all those people will be right and my persistence will pay off!

When did you first realise that talent was going to help you and how do you use it?

No defining moment, but as a child, being the middle one of five siblings, I had to fight my corner, so I’ve never been one to give in easily. Perhaps I’m so driven because I’ve been surrounded by successful women all my life, so I feel that I have a lot to live up to.
