My big talent has got to be being organised but with a huge dose of motivation! It has always been important to me, influenced by watching my mother juggle her work, husband and four children! With busy as my middle name (and definitely part of my nature) being organised is crucial! Add the bonus of being highly motivated and that just allows the law of attraction to connect me with great business opportunities. I operate a multi strand business and that means I need to be able to switch caps efficiently and effectively.
2. When did you first realise that talent was going to help you and how do you use it?
One autumn day back in 2004 I read an article about a woman starting her own business from home providing secretarial services to business owners. I was never a secretary but I had vast amounts of office management, training & customer service experience and that's when I had my 'aha' moment! I set up my first business in 2005 (Virtual PA Service) and have now launched EHO Coaching & Consultancy. I aim to help time strapped entrepreneurs find business support services that save them time & money, provide coaching programmes to new VAs and operate a solid support network club of professional VAs who assist each other as well as their clients. I am passionate about helping others succeed and their success is mine! Loving life!
