The talent that I believe makes me successful...the ability to get on with people quickly. From this I find I can build business friendships which can be mutually beneficial in many different ways.
2. When did you first realise you had this talent and how do you use it everyday?
I'm not sure exactly. I guess it's more an unconscious thing. The very first networking event I ever attended I had no other plan other than to enjoy myself and make new friends and that's exactly what happened. As a result, this has brought in some really nice business opportunities over the years. As I say, it's never a conscious effort, perhaps if it was then it wouldn't come across naturally and people would see through it. I respect people and their differences, and in return I trust that people do the same with me. I find that by building friendships it becomes more natural to help each other out. This is how I am and what I enjoy doing - I tried being someone else for a while and it didn't fit right for me, so I'm back to being me which feels much better.
