What talent do you naturally have that makes you successful?
My ability to genuinely care about the outcome for business women and to do all I can to help them. I have a natural ability to see how their business could look with some tweaks and some pointing in the right direction and I do this with a level of energy and motivation that has been described as running on Duracells.
When did you first realise that talent was going to help you and how do you use it?
Originally I thought my passion for others and my high energy levels would make me look unprofessional and maybe insincere and people would not been drawn to work with me. On the contrary I have learnt that that is part of my USP as to why business women work me and not someone else. I motivate and inspire on the toughest days in business and I do it because I love to, it makes it not a job but a passion. So I am now very proud of my high energy levels and my dedication and persistence to do all I can to help business women succeed.
What emotional attachment do you have to your work?
My work is my passion and that is key to success in business. I believe it was Richard Branson that said 'the day this is not fun, is the day I stop' and it’s paramount if you are going to succeed that you do it because you love it and wow do I love working with, inspiring and helping business women. I was made for it.
What advice do you have for other women who would like to do your job?
Do it because you truly want to, and it is a burning passion for you to. If you do, your congruency for it will always come across and people will be drawn to work with you because no matter what the reasons you say you want to help will shine through. And on the tough 'That’s it I’m going to work in Tescos!' day’s, you will know why you are doing it and will always have the dedication, determination and passion to succeed and find the solutions you need.
